Who are we?

The Tampa Bay Beekeepers Association (TBBA) exists to promote beekeeping.

The Tampa Bay Beekeeper's Association includes hobbyists, commercial and migratory beekeepers, and enthusiasts who share a common interest in bees and beekeeping

We meet the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:30 PM at the Hillsborough County Extension office in Seffner at 5339 County Rd. 579 S.  NEW BEE CLASS meets a half hour earlier at 7 PM. It’s between Old Hillsborough Ave and County Rd. 574 (Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.) on County Rd. 579. The facility is on the east side of the road, and the meeting is in the back building.
From Interstate 4, head south after exiting on the Mango/CR 579 Exit (Exit 10) for 6/10th of a mile.
From Interstate 75, take the Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Exit (Eastbound) for 1 1/4 miles. Make a left turn onto CR 579 (Mango Rd to the left and Lemon Ave. to the right). The Hillsborough County Extension Office will be 9/10th of a mile down the road on your right.
